This is the start of an 8 – week level 1 beginner’s series.

This is the foundation level where we take the time to both show and explain so you both learn and understand what you’re doing.

We start at the beginning with the common standing poses or “we teach you how to stand on your own two feet first”.

Be prepared to be here more than one series as there is lot of knowledge to digest if you want to feel competent in doing these poses correctly & safely at home.
